I acknowledge and agree that I am only renting trade tables from the DALLAS ARMS COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION, INC. and that I am not entering into a "Bailor-Bailee" relationship regarding the items I will have on my trade table(s). I recognize that neither the DALLAS ARMS COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION, INC., DALLAS MARKET CENTER, their members, agents subcontractors or representatives are accepting or control of the specified items I will place on my trade table(s) during the show. I assume sole and absolute authority and control over each and every item I will place on my trade table(s) and reserve the right to remove all of these items at the close of the show each day should I so elect. As additional consideration for the trade table(s) made available to me, I expressly waive all claims of any kind, including bailment, against the DALLAS ARMS COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION, INC. DALLAS MARKET HALL and/or their members, agents, subcontractors, committees and representatives of any mishap, injury or loss occurring before, during or after the DALLAS GUN & KNIFE SHOW.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND MUST BE RECEIVED BY US 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SHOW. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON TABLES CANCELLED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF SHOWDATE. ALL UNCLAIMED TABLES WILL REVERT BACK TO D.A.C.A. AT 10:00 A.M. SATURDAY.
